the hotel staff were nice and cute. i found the room view quite cozy. i appreciated the cleanliness, it was super clean.
The air conditioner did not cool the room effectively. This was a minor issue.

The location is great, offering easy access to various parts of the city.. i especially appreciated the friendly staff. They were consistently helpful. the soho diner provided convenient and tasty breakfast options each morning. the room was clean and well-kept.
the elevator service could be slow during peak times. i sometimes experienced delays waiting for an available elevator, especially in the mornings.

the staff was very helpful. i especially appreciated the quick check-in after a long trip.. the location is also excellent. there were many dining and shopping options just around the corner.
the television was not connected to cable. there was no service at all. the mini fridge was not cold.. it was not suitable for storing food.

the staff seemed professional. the room was clean (i could not find any dust). the location proved convenient. it was easy to reach nearby attractions.
the air conditioner made noise during the night. the noise resembled that of a subway. also, bottled water was unavailable in the room. i believe bottled water should be standard at this price.

i appreciated the hotel's design, a mix of modern style with classic touches. the room offered a comfortable bed with quality linens and a well-stocked minibar. we loved the breakfast.. especially the fresh pastries.
i found the hallway noise a bit disruptive during the evening. light sleepers might want to request a room away from the elevators.
